Specifications:
- Two georgian opening windows 1050 x .685. One window on 2100 x 1800 lodge.
- Glass and glazing silicon supplied.
- One ledged door .725 wide x 1740 high.
- Antique hinges and traditional key lock.
- Eaves height 1800. Apex 2250 high 2.400x2.400 lodge, apex 2200 high 2.100x1.800 lodge.
- Roof exterior heavy duty traditional green bitumen asphalt.
- Interior roof 16mm tongue and grooved Scandinavian Redwood.
- Scandinavian Redwood tongue and grooved shiplap pre-sealed/stained inside and out. Requires a 2nd coat on assembly. Maintain with an oil based preservative/stain as per specification.
- Floor is 17mm treated construction ply. *Please note floors are different to what's shown in the photos, ply supplied.
- The subframe the lodge sits on is the customers care. Plan and cutting list supplied for subframe.
