All timber has been treated. Exterior requires a coat of oil based stain on assembly. You can change colour with this coat. The timber is warm, attractive and over comes condensation problems.
Cladding is 19mm Scandinavian Redwood tongue and grooved. Upgraded black building paper installed between exterior cladding and wall frame. No longer brown as per photos. Wall frame is built from 70×40 timber H3 treated.
